| Stonehenge Summer Solstice Party! We are ready to PARTY! March 15th, 2019 – September 30th, 2019 Northcott has created a Stonehenge Block Party that includes over 400 shops across North America! Each participating shop is designing and selling kits for a unique block pattern using fabrics from the Stonehenge Solstice 10thAnniversary collection. You can travel from shop to shop to collect these limited edition blocks. How to Party! 1. Quilters are challenged to use 12 or more different blocks from the Stonehenge Block Party in a quilt design 2. The quilt top must be made of 100% Stonehenge fabrics from the Stonehenge Solstice Anniversary collection with the option of including the Gradations Oxidized Copper palette and the Robin’s Egg green SKU 39300-79. The quilt backing can be any fabric of your choice. The quilt must be finished – quilted and bound. 3. Take a photo or photos of your finished quilt and submit via Northcott’s online submissions page by December 31st, 2019. As part of your submission, you will be asked to include a list of the shops whose blocks are included in the quilt. 4. The Northcott judges will select 10 finalists and have them send in their quilts for a final round of judging. They will choose a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner! Good luck!! | Pfaff SEWING Club First Wed. of the Month unless there is a holiday interference Time: 12-2 Instruction Fee: $10.00 April 3 Judith is teaching! Everyone is invited to join our sewing club. You do not have to own a pfaff. Sandy shows what is new in the shop, a project is demonstrated with the pattern, 'show-n-tell', door prizes, and a fun group of ladies to hang out with! You will receive a pattern for the project demoed/lectured. For each show and tell that you bring you will receive a Sandy's Love Buck valued at $1.00 that you can spend that day the same as cash. There is a limit of 3 ($3.00) love bucks per person, but not a limit on the number of 'show and tell' items you can bring. Everyone attending will receive one door prize ticket, but if you pay at least one week in advance you will receive two tickets. We also have the Pfaff Reference Book door prize drawing for those who remember to bring their Pfaff books. The cost is $10.00 per month and the optional Pfaff Reference Book is $10.00. |

| Happy Halloween Mystery Class Time: 9-11 April The class is on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 9-11 am; unless there is a holiday interference.
This lecture/demo class offers an installment to a mystery quilt every month. The cost is 10.00 per person per class.
Sandy is shaking things up this time around.. typically she doesn't tell you anything until the first class. She has given me permission to spill a few beans. 1. Finished size 57 in x 57 in 2. It is a commercial HALLOWEEN pattern. That's right! It is a Halloween quilt! 3. You are getting the pattern FOR FREE if you stay in the class until the end. 4. This class will go until September 5. Fabric requirements will be scattered throughout the class. You don't have to buy it all at once! |
